What’s the difference between General conversational and Business English?
General English lessons are great if you want to have everyday conversations and become more fluent in practical daily language. If you use English in your work and you want to take it to the next professional level or if you are preparing for an exam (eg. IELTS) this will be Business English lessons.
Can I start lessons at any time in the year?
Yes! There is no special or best time to start lessons. If the teacher is available, you can start right away. If not, you will go on a waiting list.
What if I can’t make a lesson?
Please see the terms about changing or cancelling a lesson. I am an understanding teacher and the best thing to do is to communicate as soon as you can about any changes.
What if I have technical problems during a lesson?
In the online teaching world technical problems happen! We will try and fix it together as quickly as possible.
Do I need a laptop or a printer for my lessons?
No! You can use your phone for everything if you have good Wifi connection. A laptop is better for screen sharing though.
Can I get a refund if I’m not happy with my lessons?
Yes! If you need to cancel your course of lessons, you can do this within 14 days of booking.
Can you give me English lessons for free?
No, unfortunately not. Check out my Instagram page for helpful everyday English videos.
